They have conducted an experiment in which one group is about to shoot the ball using their minds, while the other group literally shoots the ball on the basket. The results show that those who mentally practiced the game have high results. But I'm not saying that we all should just practice in the mind. Each goal should be accompanied with action. What I'm just trying to say is that nothing is impossible in our minds. Our imagination is only the limit. &lt;/p&gt;
